This handy booklet puts important aviation weather information from the Bureau of Meteorology all in one place.
It includes the Bureau's official reference cards for Graphical Area Forecasts (GAF), Aerodrome Forecasts (TAF), Meteorological Aerodrome Reports (METAR) and Special Meteorological Reports (SPECI), as well as AIRMETS and SIGMETs.
You can also download these reference cards directly from the Bureau's Knowledge Centre.
Please note: From 30 November 2023, forecasts of weather in TAF will be for the area at the aerodrome within a radius of 8 km of the aerodrome reference point. For more information check the Aviation State Engagement Forum.
